Four years after Black Saturday and people in high risk areas were becoming complacent about bushfires. About 70% of people living in high risk areas did not have a fire plan. To increase awareness of the risks associated we developed a hard-hitting campaign to shock people out of their complacency and instil a sense of responsibility within the individual to be prepared to act.
